TASK 1 - PHOTOSHOOT ANALYSIS
I chose the second photo as it is a more close-up look of the character who is facing the camera rather than away to show he is more serious. He is also centralised in the frame to make the post-production side of the film poster much easier as it doesn't require much editing to cut out the background.
I didn't use any props for my character to use as I thought it would be better without any; this is because the character looks more stealthy rather than an all-out violent guy. The lighting in the shot is supposed to be quite bright to contrast the dark background I will be putting in the final quad poster.

TASK 5 - TARGET AUDIENCE APPEAL
HOW THE FILM POSTER APPEALS TO MY TARGET AUDIENCE
My draft film poster appeals to my target audience which consists of people from the age range of 16 to 24+ as it's supposed to be an old-school style action-spy movie. The black and white elements I used on my draft film poster is to show the character has a good and bad side which can appeal to the target audience since they want a story-rich movie. Additionally, I used a copy-right free photograph of Las Vegas and added it to my film poster to further show that there is a deeper story which further appeals to my target audience for the same reason as mentioned before.
